Dr Johnathan Wee – Endodontist In Singapore

Dr Johnathan Wee is the Clinical Director at Advent Endodontics Inc, and a consultant endodontist in Singapore. His clinical scope of work ranges from seeing patients with teeth sensitivity, to complex surgical management to save root canal infected teeth.

Dr Wee graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) School of Dentistry in 1995, and obtained an SAF scholarship to pursue endodontics in Loma Linda University, USA. Dr Wee returned to Singapore in 2000, where he has focused on endodontics exclusively. His experience extends beyond clinical practice—he has served as Head of Dental Services in the SAF, where he managed the dental support system and mentored young dental surgeons.

Dr Wee is registered as a dental specialist in endodontics with the Singapore Dental Council(SDC) since the inception of the Dental Specialist Board in 2008. He also holds various prestigious positions and memberships locally and internationally.

Dr Johnathan Wee dental area of interest includes managing dental trauma, endodontic retreatment techniques, post-endodontic restorative outcomes and the management of natural teeth preservation for elderly patients.  He is also formally trained in the use of the surgical operating microscope(SOM) since 1998 as an enabler in his clinical delivery of high quality treatment. Dr Wee also enjoys teaching and imparting clinical endodontic skillsets to young dentists in curated workshops both locally and internationally.
