Transport Arrangement For International Patients
Prince Court provides a complimentary one-way charter service for one patient and up to two companions. This service is available for transfers either from the airport to the hospital/hotel or from the hospital/hotel to the airport. The patient will need to choose one option.

Visiting Hours For Wards
- Inpatient Ward Visiting Hours: 10am – 10pm.
Prince Court recommends that children under 12 years old avoid visiting the Inpatient Wards. However, parents may choose to bring their children at their own discretion and responsibility.
- ICU / HDU I Burns Unit Visiting Hours: 12PM-2PM and 6PM-8PM.
Children under 12 years old should not enter the Critical Care Unit, except in special circumstances such as compassionate grounds, critical illness, or DNR situations.
All visitors should also observe any guidelines set by the Malaysia Ministry of Health.

Prince Court is licensed for 277 beds. Some key services provided by the hospital include cancer treatment, gastroenterology, heart disease treatment, heart and vascular surgery, comprehensive health screening and medical imaging.

Inpatient Arrangements
The admission counter opens daily from 7.00am to 9.00pm. It is located at the reception area at the Main Atrium on Level 1.
Outside of these hours, patients may use the admissions counter at the 24-hour Emergency Department, located at Level 1 of the South Wing.
For registration, patients should bring along the following documentation:
- Admission letter from your consultant.
- NRIC, or passport if the patient is not a Malaysian citizen.
- If the patient is a child – his/her birth certificate, or MyKid if under 12 years.
- A guarantee letter or insurance card, if applicable
Patients should also bring comfortable clothing and any existing medication if any.
The hospital provides hairdryers, bath robes and slippers. All rooms are equipped with satellite television and free Wi-Fi access.
Patients are strongly advised not to bring jewellery, excessive cash or electrical appliances (e.g. electric kettles or fans).

Prince Court Medical Centre has affiliated international health and medical insurance services. The medical centre recognises and accepts letters of guarantee from insurance companies that have established a line of credit with the hospital.
Patients should present their guarantee letter upon registration/admission; without a guarantee letter, the patient will be required to pay a deposit.
