Dr Goh graduated from University of Nottingham in UK and has multiple Medical and Management credentials from the UK. His surgical expertise was honed during his residency at prestigious institutions such as Moorfields Eye Hospital in London, one of the most renowned eye centres in the world, as well as The Western Eye Hospital in London, culminating in a Specialised Glaucoma Fellowship at Moorfields Eye Hospital.
After returning to Singapore in 2009, Dr Goh joined the Singapore National Eye Centre, where he was appointed as a Consultant in the Glaucoma, Cataract, and Comprehensive Ophthalmology Departments for 7 years before starting his own private practice. His roles have included Clinical Tutor at Duke-NUS, Deputy Director of Primary Eye Care Services, and Course Director for Glaucoma Surgery & Management.
