Dr David Sim is the Head and Senior Consultant with the Department of Cardiology, Director of the Heart Failure Programme and Director of Clinical Trials at the National Heart Centre Singapore (NHCS). He is also the Project Director for the Advanced Care Planning Programme in the National Heart Centre Singapore. His subspecialty interest is in Heart Failure and Heart Transplantation.
